Doctor of Theoretical Physics from Peking University, previously served as Principal of the International Department at Beijing National Day School Etown Branch. With more than 10 years of experience in international education management, he led a team to establish the school's International Department from scratch. Starting his career in BNDS, he has been deeply involved in frontline education and teaching, focusing on the development of international curricula and the personalized growth and educational mechanisms for students within an international framework. He is committed in personalizing student development, guiding students to achieve outstanding results in various competitions such as the S.-T. Yau High School Science Awards, the International Space Settlement Design Competition, the British Physics Olympiad, the United States Academic Decathlon, China Thinks Big, and the World Scholar's Cup. He has guided students to gain admissions to prestigious institutions such as Yale, Oxford, Imperial College, Chicago, UPenn, among others.
